Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return:
Contact us at info@shopbycg.com to start your return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without requesting a return first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges:
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If shipping to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at info@shopbycg.com.
