2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are placed through our secure online platform.

• We accept payments by credit card, PayMe, and other secure gateways.

• After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time: 2–5 business days.

• Delivery estimates:

  • Israel: 3–10 business days

  • USA & International: 7–15 business days

• Tracking is provided for every order. SP!NECK™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other external factors.

4. Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (according to Israeli Consumer Protection Law).

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase required.

• Cancellation requests via email: support@spineck.com

Refunds:

• Full refund (excluding shipping) will be issued once we receive and approve the return.

• Refunds processed within 7 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Used/opened products (for hygiene/safety reasons).

5. Warranty

All products come with a 30-day guarantee against defects. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us for a replacement or refund.
